How’s your summer going? Have you been active & social? Have you been out more than usual & perhaps consuming a bit more than what might be typical? Food AND drink wise??

Summer = Socializing for many, & where there’s socializing there TENDS to be food & drink.
Well, if being focused on weight loss also tends to incorporate all or nothing thinking – this post might be useful for you (ESPECIALLY if you are NOT in a Fat Burning Mode).
Often when one sets out to drop a few pounds, they also attach a strict adherence to whatever, “plan”, they might be following.
Processed carbohydrates & alcohol tend to be off the list for MOST weight loss agendas.
Fair enough.
But what do you do when you both are AT the cookout/party/bar, AND you want to have what EVERYONE else is having??
More than likely you INDULGE! How reasonable!
And by that very fact are you certain that you will be doomed to either not move forward in the direction of your desires? Or even backslide into a slightly larger pants size??
Well, those are quite possible options. And another option is available too.

Eating & drinking LOADS of indulgent foods everyday, all day, would be poor for your HEALTH as well as your waistline. But there are ways to offset the seasonal decadence that might cut down on your concerns as well as on the number on your scale &/or pant size.
