A recent post I stumbled across the other day on the logic, benefits, ease, & ECONOMICAL advantages of fasting/intermittent fasting filled my heart with JOY!!!

I’ve felt like I have 2 heads when I try to explain to most about something’s that are standard for me most days.

Going HOURS between meals comfortably?

Working out BEFORE you’ve eaten anything??

YUP!

This technique makes life SO much easier!!

This technique makes WEIGHT LOSS so much easier!

This technique improves one’s health in a way that requires LESS effort & cost.

And this technique enables you to have more energy & mental clarity when it is your way of life.

I LOVE that this is gaining in popularity because it is how the body WORKS when it’s in the mode it’s meant to be in (ahem! Fat Burning!).
