7 Tips to Lose Fat Fast – #1

#1. Stevia NOT Sugar

Hello Dear One!

OK!  If yesterday’s short list of quick tips for fat loss left you wanting, hopefully today and the next six fill you to the brim with understanding and know how.

#1. STEVIA NOT SUGAR!

Do you know about Stevia??  This plant derived, 0 calorie, non-spiking of blood sugar (= no release of insulin = no storing of unwanted belly fat), chemical free alternative to sugar is a GAME CHANGER!!

Some people have an issue w the mild undercurrent of a taste that Stevia has, but according to THIS gal – it’s NO big deal. Especially in relationship to what you’re gaining by using it.

Stevia comes in liquid or powdered form, it can be cooked with or used straight from the container, and more progressive markets and even coffee shops are carrying it!!! 

Stevia is 40xs sweeter than Sugar, so a little goes a long way (but it doesn’t even have any calories so…).

While Sugar makes our blood sugar spike, our body release Insulin, store belly fat, AND create INTENSE cravings for it – Stevia has none of these draw backs.

And the more Sugar we have the more we want.

Additionally I’ll encourage you not to be duped by slick marketing of, “raw sugar”, (this is not better for you), or even use of seemingly healthier alternatives like Agave Syrup, Honey, Brown Rice Syrup, or Maple Syrup.

While some of those options are known to create less of a glycemic spike of our blood sugar than straight up white table sugar – they still DO make it rise. AND they contain loads of calories.

Regardless of where you are biologically (Sugar Burning or Fat Burning) – Stevia is of benefit (plus it’s even been known to HELP with Sugar cravings!!), because as a species we ARE wired to like sweet.

When the body is in a Fat Burning mode, we can enjoy sweets without being beholden to them.  When in a Sugar Burning mode it tends to feel a little more dire.

So do yourself a favor – please don’t treat the use of Sugar casually in your world – ESPECIALLY if you have any health concerns regarding inflammation or degeneration OR if you weight is something that matters to you even a little.

If you’d like ANYTHING to be sweeter use Stevia in place of Sugar (or any other alternative).  Your waistline will thank you, & your tastebuds won’t know the difference.
