6. GET INTO A FAT BURNING MODE!!!

Holy crap. Why am I such a zealot about fat burning?!?!!

Because it makes weight loss/maintenance EASY.  Good lord.

Treating your body like the pristine temple that it is is IDEAL.

Not having sweets or alcohol or BIG meals due to celebration or the feeling of inner catastrophe 😫, while making a point to exercise religiously would be PERFECT.

I personally am not perfect.

And when I’m not perfect I thank my lucky stars over and over again for this blessed biological state that keeps my waistline and HEALTH (less inflammation, more insulin sensitivity, faster recovery, detoxification support++) on POINT.

This mode is natural and how we’ve evolved to run for our species’ survival

(Ie: if we ACTUALLY needed to eat every few hours – we would’ve perished long ago).

And big secret…it feels EASIER!!!!
