#7.1 Alcohol
ALCOHOL?!!
What? This helps w fat loss?
NO! But having it doesn’t mean you won’t beunable to lose fat in general.
Gather round as there are a few key points that might be of interest if you’d like to, “have your cocktail and drink it too”.
Ok, so if you’re having alcohol chances are you probably have a desire to FEEL the effects of alcohol – even if it’s only a little.
Unless you adoresomethingin particular and only have a very small amount, PLEASE retain where your beverage du soir ranks on the calories to alcohol scale.
The best bang for your buck is undeniably champagne or some sort of sparkling wine (the dryer the better).
The bubbles literally do go to your head faster, and it’s quite possible to consume a very small amount of this beverage and feel tingly and giddywhile only adding up to a small amount of calories as well.
Next in this lineup comes white wine, red wine, clearspirits (vodka, tequila, gin), dark spirits (whisky, rye, scotch), sweet liquors (St. Germaine’s, schnapps), and then BEER 😫.
If you love what you drink and don’t give a crap about any repercussions (at least at that moment) – go w God(dess).
If you do care more than less, and if wine instead of beer (at least) tonight isn’t going to kill you – do it!
