#7.2 Alcohol – How to drink it better.
A way to DRINK your alcohol that packs more of a punch is to sniff, swirl, sip, suck and swish your way through it just like you were at a wine tasting.
This gets the alcohol into your blood stream faster (you can even hold it under your tongue) and enables you to feel more affected on less booze.
The thing that’s also miraculous about this way of imbibing is that your body will never get ahead of your brain intoxication wise (if you’re in lock step w drinking in accordance with how you feel).
Because you can create an almost immediate, vs latent, effect with drinking this way – you’ll never get walloped later in the eve, and instead be on the pulse (and the gas/break) of your physiology.
It’s really quite freeing.
Lastly by being more PRESENT to your beverage, you will enjoy it more, and additionally enjoy more with less.
