Level Up

Hello My Dear!

OK!

Are there any (read MANY) aspects of your health or body (or LIFE!), that you might have a wish to be different?

Or slightly improved?

Or INFINITELY better??!?

Yes?  Well you are not alone.

Desires pertaining to how we look, function, and feel can run a HUGE gamut – but the thing that I most wish to say on this matter is do NOT settle for less than what feels best.

What feels good to us is really what’s right for us.

Whether that’s a certain amount of sleep, a particular amount of weight on our joints, or rarely getting sick and an energy level that keeps up with our lifestyle – there are amounts and levels that feel GOOD.

So 2 things on this matter.

#1. is the matter of Mindset.

If you are having this post hand delivered to your inbox, HOPEFULLY you are either on the Fat Burning train and/OR you are living all things USANA.

AND if you’re NOT and you’d like to NOT, “feel old” – please check out this video on what to do to prevent such business.

OR learn about Fat Burning Mastery if you’d one stop shopping for a lighter and more vibrant feeling body.

Understanding more about how we work, and actually seeing/feeling results will keep you in a state of BELIEF – which is essential to keep your head (and the rest of you) in the game.

Ok.

And #2. is the matter of Discipline.

Discipline seems like an elusive and wistful desire for many, but what I’ve been seeing as of late is that it really only stems from a decision.

That you keep making.

Over and over again.

The thing with discipline and follow through is that it can’t be flimsy.

That doesn’t mean fluctuation never happens, but the resolve must be there because of what will or will NOT result if we don’t follow through.

Additionally being disciplined about taking care of yourself is SUCH a visible and extreme act of self love.

Putting yourself to bed at an hour that will make tomorrow feel so much brighter and more pleasurable.

Packing your supplements with your day’s “luggage”, because it will help with detox and weight loss/bone density/joint comfort or not getting sick.

Saying, “No”, to more/any of the cake that your aunt made that you don’t even like.

Only drinking on certain days.

Not drinking at all.

Sticking with getting to that exercise class because you promised yourself you would, and it always makes you feel better…

What is amazing about being disciplined on the things that you know will serve you best, is that they actually do.

PLUS when you DO do the things you intended you will literally start to feel like you can do anything.

(That’s both true and magical.)

And LASTLY when you continually put your needs and desires in the forefront of your life, EVERYTHING will improve.

By indicating that you are, “worth it”, “valuable”, “worthy of care”, “important”, the world will respond in kind.

By raising the bar on the standard you’re holding yourself to, your world will reflect that the bar is indeed higher and what surrounds you and what becomes available will change and improve.

And what’s ALSO surprising and thrilling, is that you will inspire others to do the same.

(And if you’d like some assistance in attaining what you might physically desire, think about leveling up into the mode of Fat Burning through Fat Burning Mastery where life takes on a different, and rosier, hue.)

To getting you clearer on how the body works, & how to make it work for you.
