This may feel like an obvious aspect for a behavior (I make my bed in the bedroom, I workout in the gym…), but what I’m wishing to emphasize here is your ATTENTION.

Your attention is where it’s at.

What gets your attention HAPPENS.

So if there’s something that’s yet to be, chances are you’re not thinking about it.

And the way to make sure you think about something is to put it in front of your FACE.

– Fun gym clothes laid out waiting for morning
– Post it notes on your mirror that reinforce what a rockstar you are
– Recipes that you wish to try & need to go to the market for
– THE BOOK THAT YOU’VE BEEN WANTING TO READ on your bedside table…

If you’re not thinking about it, it’s not going to happen.

And if you are it will.

So make what you wish to have more a part of your world obvious to you.

And then it will literally FEEL more obvious to do.

Ah-mazing.
