Are there things that you ALWAYS do that help create a sense of order, harmony or support in your world?

Good. Me too.

Or no?

Well if there’s a change you’ve been desiring, that feels challenging to either make happen or STAY happening – this series might be useful.

“Who”, might seem more than obvious in the topic of daily & supportive behaviors, but if you want to ENSURE shit is going to happen – we often must involve others.

Especially MOMS.

I work mostly with women, and mostly with women who are Moms, and THESE ladies are generally the ones that put others first (children, family, obligations…) and often lose track of themselves altogether. 😩

One thing most (especially Moms) don’t think about is leaning on OTHERS to help them get their desires and intentions met.

Time is most people’s shared obstacle of choice, but by incorporating OTHERS into some mutually beneficial tasks – you lighten the load on yourself.

For example: 

Hubby goes grocery shopping/deals with meals on the nights/mornings that you wish to _________.

Child helps prepare/clean up around dinner, chooses clothing, plays/read while you _________. 

– Child care keeps your kid slightly longer on one day so you can ________. 

– Friend dates involve things that are FUN and supportive that you’ve always wanted to do.

– Friends/friends at work hold you accountable to keep doing _______, because they want to as well. 

– TALK with loved ones about what you’re struggling to do for yourself and brainstorm about a better way together.

– RECOGNIZE that just like everyone else needs consistent care, you do too!  And the more we give the more we need to refill. 

– Love = attention, acknowledgment and appreciation, and that business starts at HOME.

We exist beyond ourselves, and as humans (ESPECIALLY WOMEN) we thrive in, and REQUIRE community.

Do NOT do this shit alone, especially if it feels hard.
