#2. WORK IT OUT (and UP!)
If exercise has held little allure, OR you do believe it’s generally good for you but also believe that it might only help in expending more calories or becoming a brawnier version of you, think again.
Exercise is ANOTHER way that insulin sensitivity can be increased in the body.
Combining aerobic exercise with resistance training will give you the most bang for your buck, but ANY exercise will aid in the effort.
Some of my findings also had a large love for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well in this effort (as essentially it IS aerobic and resistance training).
If time is not on your side, than this might be the best way to go to give you the greatest return for your efforts.
So if you’re racing against the clock and believe that 15-20 minutes won’t make a difference in your overall appearance – you might be surprised for the insulin sensitivity boost alone.
