What?!!

Scratch the association w food, and focus instead on the words coming out of your mouth.

Most importantly your TRUTH.

Everything in our life is simply a reflection of is. What we believe. How we think. What we’re feeling…

If there’s stuff that’s WAY off, it’s because some part of ourself is too.

And if that feels exposing or like a death sentence, please know that it’s:

A) Not
B) Logical
C) True for EVERYONE

We all have strengths, and we all have areas in which we struggle.

Here we just happen to talk about food, fitness, health & weight – and better strategies for those topics.

ONE thing that is quite useful to be made aware of is the connection between our truth and our actions.

When we go against our truth, that creates an internal rift that feels BAD.

Perhaps right away as we’re saying/doing said incongruous behavior, but often LATER when we’re eating/doing something that might not be in our highest good.

Or something we’d really wish to not be doing at all…

Side stepping our truth often seems benign at the time, but it’s NOT, and the repercussions are real.

Often too real if having ANOTHER episode of binging on something regrettable is happening.

Again.

I say this as an ally on this journey.

The only reason why I know about fat burning (or weight loss in general) is due to my own struggles with emotional eating and not wishing to gain weight with it.

So please know that your truth is literally the only thing you own, and when we own it we are repeatedly set free.
