This is how we do. #SuperBowl – 1. Intermittent Fasting

Hello Dear One!

If you did watch the Super Bowl, how DID you do Sunday?

Did you have an amazing time watching it with family and friends?

And did you love what happened on all fronts food and drink wise?

Or do you suddenly have more resolve to tighten things up dietarily and hit the gym from Monday on? 😬

If all is good, all is good, but if all didn’t feel great the morning after a feast – here are a few insights as to how a fat burner typically does “holiday eating”.

#1. Intermittent Fasting:

EVERY. DAY.

Every day!

We NEVER eat breakfast unless (maybe maybe maybe) one is HUNGRY from being:

A) sleep deprived

B ) hungover

C) at the most delicious breakfast restaurant in the world that you’ve been dying to try for a lifetime.

Otherwise, NO.

It’s not worth it!

We gain too much by staying in a fasted state.

– body gets to feast off own fat reserves

digestion/detox gets a bit of a rest/boost

– body becomes more insulin sensitive (easier to lose weight and harder to gain it).

working out in this state also amps up fat burning for fuel

We do this by getting our bodies into a fat burning mode…

(check out the 5 week Fat Burning Mastery program here:  ),

which eliminates hunger in the morning, enabling us to replace our first “meal”, with Bulletproof coffee, & has us comfortably sailing through breakfast to lunch (or even dinner 😱) whenever we might next be hungry.

And it is true, what myself and most fat burners do daily is use Bulletproof coffee in morning and have two additional meals.

SOMETIMES on holidays/etc, when we know there is a big feast coming, especially when it starts earlier in the day – we only eat once.

Like me on Sunday.

What did that enable?

Truthfully, for me to eat ONCE until undeniably FULL and stop.

When the body is less hungry and working off of fat more easily for fuel it’s POSSIBLE to push when you eat WAY back in the day, and then when you do end up eating, it’s LESS for the day overall while still feeling completely satisfied.

Done.

Delicious.

No feelings of deprivation before during or after.
