And again, if none of this lingers in the negative before, during or after = great.

Alcohol is a poison, and when there is something in your body that seems consequential to your survival, it will put other processes on hold until it is GONE.

And the miraculous organ that deals w that is our LIVER.

Which is also responsible for fat metabolism.

Which is also put on hold until said offending substance is out of our system.

So in many respects less is more.

Which is how fat burners do.

However not via deprivation, but w a strategic method that literally enables us to drink less and feel more.
