What??
There are some benefits?
YES.
But isn’t getting hungry a negative with the understanding that it’s going to mess with your metabolism??
NOPE.
(So many things on this, which is why it will be broken up over days.)
The first distinction that should be made is that we’re talking about being hungry and not HANGRY.
Hungry = rumbling in the belly, feeling of emptiness in the stomach, inclined to eat.
HANGRY = low blood sugar, resulting in feeling light headed and irritable accompanied with feeling extreme urgency to eat.
Hunger = natural, healthy, comfortable.
HANGRY = too little calories, WAY too much time between meals, and/OR a mega symptom of being in Sugar Burning mode.
