How to Make Bulletproof Coffee on the Go

Hello Dear One!

Have you ever been faced with being away to your typical morning supplies and routine, and felt you had to resign yourself from NOT having your usual Bulletproof Coffee, or even contemplated BREAKFAST?!?

I HOPE not.

But I also know that seasoned Fat Burners have felt this obstacle and aborted ship versus seen the possibility of an alternative.

Well here it is for a couple different scenarios.

MEETING FOR COFFEE:

This is the easiest scenario to deal with

If you have this on the docket AND it’s in the timeframe when you’d typically have your BPC – simply put all the ingredients (sans coffee) in a to go mug and GO!

(Otherwise potentially have decaf coffee or tea if desired, if you’ve already had your BPC.)

I always put:
– 1 TBS Brain Octane oil
stevia/cinnamon/vanilla extract to taste

I put this in my little travel mug and simply TELL the barista that I have some things in my cup that I’d love to have them ADD THE COFFEE TO.

****TELL THEM as I’ve actually had someone try to rinse my ingredients out before!

Then I simply shake it (leak proof cup) and sip it alongside the person I’m visiting with.

COFFEE WHILE TRAVELING:

The thing that makes BPC BPC is FAT!

And the options in that category are:

– butter
– MCT oil
– heavy cream

SO.  MCT (let alone Brain Octane oil) would be hard to come by out in the wild, however BUTTER and HEAVY CREAM are not!

Even if the butter isn’t grass fed, and you’ve used it and liked it in the past – ASK FOR IT.

OR if cream sounds like a delightful change from your usual AND it feels INFINITELY easier based on where you are – simply make sure you ask for HEAVY CREAM, NOT half and half!

The amount?

1 TBS of butter (maybe 2 pats if we’re using all things to go), or 2 TBS of heavy cream.

And I’ll REALLY encourage everyone to GET SPECIFIC and be appreciative, grateful, visibly pleased – but make sure you are CLEAR as to what you’re asking for.

Just because what you’re asking for might be different than most, it doesn’t make it less possible OR that you have less of a right to be treated as the valued customer you are.

And lastly add legal additions that might be available:

– cinnamon/nutmeg/spice of choice
– stevia/truvia

AND THAT’S IT.

No hazelnut syrup, cocoa powder, raw sugar (Jesus God I hope we are already clear on this), agave syrup (SUGAR), or anything else.

Pretty please.

Remember what BPC needs in order to NOT raise your blood sugar = nothing besides fat, or anything that has zero nutritive value or calories.

So that’s it!

Does that feel easy??

I hope so!

ALSO IF this is something that you do on the regular NEVER STOP regardless of circumstances.  Coffee is generally available EVERYWHERE, and if you can add some readily available fat to it, you’re good to go! 

Please don’t back down on your self care and morning ritual because it might fall outside of the norm for those around you. 

Getting your biology to this point has taken too long, and the benefits are too great.

Please don’t take that, or your goals, lightly.
