Hello Dear One!
Ok! Does saying NO when you mean NO sound BEYOND obvious??
Perhaps.
Do we always do it??
NO.
Nope. No we do not.
The soft steering that we receive CONSTANTLY comes in the form of quiet words from inside, a gentle pull away from the idea or offerings of ______, your BODY feeling stressed/turned off/constricted/disoriented…
NO, when we start to pay attention to it, is actually quite CLEAR, and the truth is the more we listen the less UNCLEAR it is.
And the more we DON’T listen, the LOUDER it will become.
When things bottom out, “unexpectedly”, or you’re struck down with some illness, or accidents or mishaps happen, or WORSE EVEN – NOTHING HAPPENS IN YOUR LIFE – this is the result of not honoring our NO’s.
Meaning that there’s a feeling of living in a loop, vs moving forward in life in a way that feels joyful and like progress and growth.
Indulging NO will prevent that.
Or honoring NO will ENABLE that.
It’s crazy (and FREEING) that we receive instruction ALL THE TIME.
And if we honor it a sense of harmony and, “rightness”, is what comes to be for our experience in life, and if we dishonor it…
everything kind of goes south.
Both BIG things bottom out, and maybe more importantly an insidious deadening comes to be that we have to relieve ourselves from periodically with either a substance (food, alcohol, drugs) or non-supportive behavior of choice (shopping, social media, gambling).
So (OVERLY SIMPLY STATED) let’s let the logic lead, and land in a land of peace, order, joy and freedom.
We can do this, and you matter enough to make sure it comes to be.
