Hope everyone is sailing into the New Year riding high on deeply desired change that will make you feel like a better (or BEST) version of yourself.
And if more exercise is close to, or at the TOP, of that list – here’s a quick at home bodyweight workout that might make that intention HAPPEN MORE EASILY.
Doing away with obstacles in order to making your wishes happen HELPS.
So no equipment and little time required might be a useful assist if needed.
I’m marginally embarrassed to share this video as it’s from 7 years ago.
This was before fat burning, and before being a bit more relaxed in front of the camera ( = OH WELL).
BUT the merit in sharing this video is that this workout is GOOD!!
I use this on holidays when the gym is closed, when I’m shorter on time, or when simply wishing to mix things up.
I think it rocks and hope you do too.
