Slimmer, Firmer, Smoother Thighs

Hello Dear Ones!

I hope everyone is doing alright, and also doing the best they can with the present circumstances.

Truth is I’ve been wracking my brain as to what would be MOST relevant at this time, and I thought about one more aspect of helping the body in a way that might have seemed previously impossible.

If you have struggled with cellulite, loose skin (weight loss/sun exposure/time/pregnancy, or fat nestling in particular pockets that feels hard to let go of (spare tire, love handles, saddlebags, fat at the top of the knees…) you might wish to learn more about FASCIA BLASTING.

I first learned about Fascia Blasting years ago when I was researching and sharing more about cellulite.

A girlfriend of mine corrected me about cellulite being less about fat and more about FASCIA.

You’ve probably been made aware of fascia by now – and the connective tissue it is that runs through and around EVERYTHING.

Fascia creates a type of flexible support in the body, and with it’s propensity to stretch and move with us to accommodate our motions – it can also become wound, bound and restricted.

Fascia blasting is such an incredible tool and technique that literally repeatedly combs through the tissue (using the tool lightly and briskly) to help unwind fascial restrictions, bring blood to the area, and help restore the tissue to a healthy length and pliability.

Fascia blasting not only has mega beautification benefits (including helping to reduce scars, wrinkles, drooping eyelids or sagging skin along the jawline), but it also helps the body to feel LOOSER and recover faster from exertion or use.

This tool is absolutely one of my little secrets for slimmer, firmer, smoother LEGS and for a body that feels comfortable and IS flexible.

I can do a split NOW, and couldn’t when I was in my teens.

It’s really pretty miraculous.
