Hello Dear One!
This is a dish I make nearly nightly, and mention it with enough frequency on social media to be ASKED for the recipe repeatedly I thought to formally share it with the world.
It’s simple and quick to make while being delicious and supportive in the fat burning effort.
This dish is not light on calories, but it will make you SATISFIED – so simply account for that with the main course going alongside it.
One huge reason I like this alternative to the typical variety of frozen treat, is it’s not loaded with sugar and will LAST in your belly vs the traditional offering that is cruelly calorie rich but fleeting regarding fullness.
So here it is.
Coconut Milk Chocolate Ice cream
– 1/2 can full fat coconut milk
– 1 TBS Fibergy
– 1 scoop collagen protein powder
– 1 TBS cocoa powder
– stevia/almond extract/cinnamon to taste
– topped w:
– 4 oz of blackberries/strawberries/banana
– 2 squares Ghiradelli 60% dark chocolate (crushed)
– left in freezer for an 1/2 hr to an hour+
