Hello Darling One!
If you’re like ANYONE else that’s had a wish beyond what currently is and have gotten stumped on achieving said want – this road map might be just the thing.
As someone who is working at creating MORE – I have personally felt FRUSTRATED with how to get to the top of the mountain when being CLEARLY or NEARLY at the bottom.
It’s been humbling and frustrating for me, and I also witness the same surprise at a lack of instant, “arrival”, once the intention has been stated with clients I work with in the realm of weight loss.
So for EVERYONE, this step by step approach to leveling up may be SUPREMELY useful as it has become so for me.
STEP 1) IDENTIFY CURRENT LEVEL
Where are things exactly? Are you at a Level 1? Be brutally honest. It’s easier to see WHAT to do once that’s clear.
STEP 2) DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF WITH A LEVEL 10
Comparing yourself with someone who already IS where you want to be is disheartening and USELESS. If you TRULY want to compare yourself, compare your BEHAVIORS to theirs – that’s what’ll get you there anyway. And if that’s not what you’re looking at – please STOP.
STEP 3) CAN’T LEAP FROM A LEVEL 1 TO A LEVEL 10
Moving through every level GETS you to a 10. We can’t skip stages. Instead the better expectation is getting from a Level 1 to a Level 2, and then a Level 2 to a Level 3…until you reach 10.
At each new level the question becomes, “How do I move to the next level?”
STEP 4) IDENTIFY WHAT THE NEXT LEVEL LOOKS LIKE
This is SO HELPFUL!!!! Moving from a 1 to a 2 REQUIRES that you do NOT look to a 10 for guidance, instead you aim LOWER and get a handle on what the next stage actually looks like. Because that’s the only one that’s within reach! Currently…
So what does your Level 2 look like?
5 pounds lost? Better rested? More energy?
STEP 5). IDENTIFY ACTIONS YOU NEED TO TAKE TO LEVEL UP
How do we get from here to there?
With my fat burners I am EMPHATIC that their daily behaviors are the main (read ONLY) things to focus on to create change. We aim to have them on REPEAT to do so.
ALSO making these actions FUN is insanely helpful!!
Is there a way to have what you intend to follow through on be more enticing or pleasurable?? I bet there is! And I bet you’ll more easily do it if it is!!
STEP 6) ACT
Once you’ve identified what needs to be done = DO IT!!
STEP 7) REWARD YOURSELF
What supportive gift (fun workout clothes, fancy headphones, new watch with advanced biofeedback+) can you give yourself once you’ve attained the next level up??
These things can help you to see more possibilities for yourself and help with leveling up even more.
STEP 8) KEEP LEVELING UP
Keep going through this same process to the next level:
– what does Level 3 look like?
– what actions to take?
– see ways to make actions fun
– ACT
– once reached next level = reward yourself
