Hello Dear One!
Have you ever fell prey to the thinking that if some fat is good, MORE fat is BETTER??
Understandably so if so.
If you’ve come to believe that using fat as your primary source of energy (over carbohydrates) is a GOOD THING – then how much SHOULD we be eating??
The Ketogenic diet advocates getting 75% of your daily calories from fat.
In my opinion, that’s a lot.
With my Fat Burners, we don’t necessarily stick to hard and fast numbers, but more so general amounts, and then we assess HOW WE FEEL.
We always aim to have fat in a meal, but start with 1-2 TBS of butter or oil, 1/2 an avocado, or the skin of fish, foul, or a fattier cut of meat.
AND WE GO FROM THERE.
And where are we going?
Towards fullness!
We add in more of the macronutrient that helps us GET FULL (though it will take longer to set in, so give yourself a moment) and STAY FULL.
When one gets into a Fat Burning mode we have clear access to our body’s signals, and especially a better read on our hunger and our fullness.
I’m super clear with my Fat Burner’s as well that FOOD IS FUEL!!
We add more fat if we NEED MORE FUEL.
And not otherwise.
Unless we’re eating it for fun.
Which can be great too, but at about 2 times the calories gram to gram – it’s good to be clear what your goal is and simply eat based on that.
And lastly when the body is in.a Fat Burning mode you are literally LESS HUNGRY because of tapping into your fat stores more naturally.
So eating less is what easily happens, and less of EVERYTHING – including NOT eating crazy amounts of fat.
If you’d like to get your body into a Fat Burning mode where you’re set up to need less and BURN MORE – please check out Fat Burning PRO or the more hand held version – Fat Burning Mastery to get you there.
To getting you clearer on how the body works, and how to make it work for you.
