How Intermittent Fasting Can be Easy

Hello Dear One!

You MAY have heard about the practice of Intermittent Fasting by now due to it’s rising popularity and awareness about it’s benefits.

Intermittent Fasting is also known as time restricted eating.

Essentially one eats within a smaller window of time every/most days.

This reduces the amount of time we are eating each day as well as the number of TIMES we eat.

Intermittent Fasting can do SO MUCH GOOD in relationship to increasing energy, improving digestion, helping with better quality sleep, improving one’s mood, SLOWING AGING, speeding up WEIGHT LOSS, lowering inflammation, making the body more Insulin sensitive, improving levels of Human Growth Hormone, improving levels of Testosterone, and improving health OVERALL.

This technique is SO useful, and we use it ASAP in Fat Burning PRO and Fat Burning Mastery for ALL those reasons.

But, does it also sound CRAZY?

You mean you don’t eat breakfast?

You don’t eat before you work out??

Or snack?

CORRECT!

How Intermittent Fasting works (as far as how WE do it in Fat Burning) is by deliberately and strategically LOWERING our insulin levels to the degree that our body starts to tap into FAT for fuel – vs continuing to run on glucose.

So the FUEL that we might normally be clammoring for every 2-3 hours now suddenly becomes a steady supply of energy from our FAT RESERVES.

Which is incidently what they’re there for.

So by grooming our physiology into a place where our body easily, naturally, and COMFORTABLY pulls from our fat for fuel

WE’RE NOT HUNGRY.

So if you’ve ever toyed with the idea, or even TRIED it, and bottomed out soon after your decision – just know you weren’t biologically ready.

YET.

If you’ve ever wished for an easier approach to weight loss that improves health across the board and simplifies LIFE while enabling you to spend LESS TIME AND MONEY…

Getting your body into a fat burning mode might be worth a wonder.
