Muscle Mass and Intermittent Fasting

Hello Dear One!

Do you think if you’re going to lose weight, you’ll more than likely lose strength and muscle right along with it??

NOPE!

If you’re one of the countless people that have more recently been exposed to the concept and benefits of Intermittent Fasting – WELCOME.

Intermittent Fasting is a practice that we use in our Fat Burning PRO and Mastery programs to help SPEED UP WEIGHT LOSS, but it’s actually good for so many other things as well.

Slowing aging.

Making the body more insulin sensitive (improves health and makes it easier to lose weight and harder to gain it).

Improves digestive health.

AND it also raises Human Growth Hormone, and with it Testosterone resulting in helping to PRESERVE MUSCLE MASS – especially as we AGE.

When we are younger (think in our 30’s and below) we have a hormonal advantage – especially in the realm of muscle mass development and maintenance.

When we get to 40 and beyond – our hormonal profile changes, and maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important for our function and health.

This is why I talk about upping protein with my Fat Burner’s that fall into this camp, and well as the importance of resistance training.

BUT Intermittent Fasting also helps in the effort because of how LOW it keeps insulin – which is the hormone that interferes with the release of Human Growth Hormone.

So instead of believing that you need to eat multiple small meals every day in order to create or maintain more muscleIntermittent Fasting can actually improve your odds of keeping the type of tissue you desire WHILE enabling all the other above listed benefits to happen as well.

IF you’ve been on the fence about getting your body in a fat burning mode, but WOULD like to slow aging and improve health while losing weight more comfortably – please check out Fat Burning PRO or Fat Burning Mastery.

To getting you clearer on how the body works, and how to make it work for you.
