How to Feel Great (more often than not).

Hello Dear One!

Can you relate to having an unpleasant emotion and simply trying to dismiss it, ignore it, or even make yourself WRONG for feeling it in the first place??

This business is so common as most of us judge our feelings as, “good”, or “bad”, and DECIDE which ones we’ll usher in.

Or even pretend they aren’t there.

The total head trip is that if you actually WANT to feel GREAT more often than not, you MUST feel EVERYTHING.

Ages ago when I first took up with a course that changed my life – I just wanted to feel good.

I didn’t understand that being connected to ourselves, letting our truth wash over us, liberate us, change us, change our life, and set us free was NECESSARY.

Feelings aren’t the end of the story – they’re the beginning.

Especially strong ones.

But it also doesn’t mean we send ourselves down some dark, deep well FOREVER!

It means that we embrace them, FEEL THEM, receive the guidance they’re meant for, and be freed up and transformed as a result.

Even TALKING about them can put enough light on whatever is going on to CHANGE IT.

PLUS, when we do NOT acknowledge that something is up…

We will ACT OUT in some form or fashion.

Being crappy to our partner, making a beeline for the fridge, shopping up a storm online…

The actions that often feel involuntary and are followed by regret.

And where is the best (and most essential) place to start with all this?

MAKING YOURSELF RIGHT.

(check them out here!)

As someone who has now been SCHOOLED in this behavior it’s actually CRAZY to me when I see other people (AND CLIENTS) not doing this.

Feelings are FACTS.

We feel what we feel.  We want what we want.  And we more than certainly DID what we DID.

To view these things as anything but is CRAZY.

Step #1 to feeling GREAT more often than not:

MAKE YOURSELF RIGHT.

A house divided falls.

A unified being is CONSCIOUS, IN CONTROL, and NOT  in conflict with herself (which is tortuous if you weren’t aware).

It doesn’t matter if you don’t like your flavor of the moment, own it so you can get to the other side.

Step #2:

FACE IT.  EMBRACE IT.  GIVE IT YOUR ATTENTION.  SHARE IT WITH OTHERS.

You’ll feel MORE by doing this initially.

You’ll probably feel ANGRIER, SADDER, want to SCREAM/CRY/pitch yourself off a cliff/or BURN the village DOWN!

INDULGE your thoughts and feelings.

GO BIG in your brain and in your body with yelling in the car, punching pillows, whipping a hand towel against the counter when no one is home…

GET SHIT OUT.

However that works best for you.

***And PS: this is a SAFE activity.  This involves harm of no one (including you), and is about having NO RESTRICTIONS on your thoughts or letting things out.  I hope that is crystal clear.  PLEASE reach out to me if there is ANY confusion.

Step #3:

Digest what got revealed to you.

Sometimes you’ll have a monumental epiphany.

Sometimes you’ll simply feel lighter.

Regardless you’ll always feel better.

Step #4:

GO ON WITH LIFE!

YES!!  And from a place that’s LIGHTER, BRIGHTER, EASIER, MORE LOVE FILLED, MORE JOYFUL, FREE.

Living from this place feels GOOD.

And living from this place makes it so much easier to make CONSCIOUS CHOICES that serve us BEST.

Additionally living from this place makes it easier to have a sense of connection with ourselves and connection with others.

And it’s because we’re not dragging around all these unfelt feelings we’ve (or someone else long ago) has made wrong.

Not waving a magic wand over here, or expecting a new ways of living to instantly emerge – but these are some solid steps that will impact how you treat yourself and your feelings, and therefore yourself and others.

AND…always seek out a therapist for bigger, more constant, and overwhelming stuff – I DO!

Regardless, this tactic of how to handle less than pleasant emotions will SERVE YOU WELL should you wish to use it.

And if the concept of making yourself right has been foreign – especially in the realm of weight loss – PLEASE  check out Fat Burning PRO and Fat Burning Mastery.

If you’d like a more evolved approach to losing fat (and keeping it off) that involves MAKING YOURSELF RIGHT, self love and self celebration – please give them a gander.

To getting you clearer on how the body works, and how to make it work for you.
