ESTROGEN DOMINANCE.
Have we even heard of such a thing, let alone contemplated what that might actually mean??
Due to Fat Burning and all our focus on the LIVER (as one of it’s job is to filter Estrogen) – I have to an extent .
But not to the degree that I’d wish to share here.
Estrogen Dominance affects both Women AND Men.
Estrogen Dominance is essentially when the ratio of Estrogen to Progesterone and/or Testosterone is WAY too high.
A woman’s Estrogen cycles with her period and results in lower levels overall after Menopause***.
(***Menopausal women are often Estrogen Dominant despite Estrogen being low – because their PROGESTERONE is even LOWER.)
A man’s Estrogen levels remain mostly low throughout life, gradually increasing in adulthood as Testosterone levels gradually decrease.
Symptoms of Estrogen Dominance in WOMEN:

– menstrual migraines

– hair loss
– weight gain around hips/thighs
– difficulty losing weight
– digestive stress
– brain fog
– insomnia
– cystic acne
– increased likelihood of breast or reproductive cancer
