Safest and Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Hello Dear One!

Wished to share a doubling down on a tactic that I’m ALWAYS crowing about for FAST WEIGHT LOSS that I now more deeply understand.

In the realm of Fat Burning, and especially with my Fat Burners, we use the process of Intermittent Fasting ASAP.

Intermittent Fasting is simply not eating over a LONGER part of the day, and typically eating less often as well.

My Fat Burners typically eat twice a day, and some of us eat one time (after we’ve had some time under our belt in this state).

 

We begin this practice when the body is NOT hungry, when breakfast feels like a non event, and when it’s clear that the individual is CLEARLY in a Fat Burning mode.

NOT eating for LONG stretches, or even eating once a day can seem EXTREME to many, but how does it compare to the typical straight up calorie restriction that most weight loss approaches take?

One guess?

SO MUCH BETTER.

And here’s why.

When we simply restrict calories AND don’t necessarily change the content or frequency of the meals we’re eating our metabolism will often SLOW.

It does so because you’re giving the same amount of flesh that used to run on 2000+ calories WAY less AND not giving it an alternative source of fuel.

The reason why it’s hard for your body to access FAT in this state is because more than likely your INSULIN levels are still HIGH.

Insulin PREVENTS the body from accessing it’s fat stores.

So dramatically less calories can quickly result in your body going into survival mode to make sure you stay alive.

So how does fasting/intermittent fasting NOT slow one’s metabolism??

It’s the matter of INSULIN that changes EVERYTHING.

When Insulin is LOW due to eating less carbohydrates and eating less often the body is WIRED to seek an alternative fuel source and it is ABLE to access our fat reserves.

So NOT eating for long stretches of the day is actually BETTER to access FAT because Insulin is kept SO LOW for so much of it.

And over time the body becomes so much more insulin sensitive as a result of this practice that when we DO EAT we simply release LESS INSULIN than a typical Sugar Burner as well.

So INSULIN is the key.

And when the body is comfortably participating in the practice of Intermittent Fasting it NATURALLY spares muscle and turns to fat for fuel because it CAN and because it’s not at threat of survival.

PLUS most Fat Burners notice having even more ENERGY and CLARITY while fasted (vs feeling weak or tired) because of more primitive wiring to enable us to HUNT/GATHER the food that we’ll need for when next we do eat.

ADDITIONALLY fasting/intermittent fasting can recycle/breakdown DEAD protein (think EXTRA/LOOSE SKIN) as an efficient way to consume what’s not needed and preserve what is.

So if you’d like an approach to weight loss that helps change happen FAST while not doing damage to your metabolism or musculature (OR keeping you HUNGRY) – think a bit harder about Intermittent Fasting, or about getting your body into a Fat Burning mode to most easily do this practice daily.
