How to Keep the Feeling of Celebration Going (plus keto bacon jam recipe)

Hello Dear One!

Since I’ve been milking the better part of this month birthday wise – I figured I’d round out one more element that can keep this HIGH FLYING sense of celebration going.

APPRECIATION.

Oh yeah?

HELL YES!

We’ve talked about the power of gratitude to change EVERYTHING in the past (mood, opportunity, MONEY, making life MAGICAL…), and appreciation is the SAME DAMN THING.

 

But, in the spirit of keeping the party going – I’m directing it towards THAT event particularly.

Being thankful for inspiration for the theme (BEES!).

Appreciation for guidance on how to braise 10 pounds of lamb.

Appreciation for so much help with curating the perfect party liquor/beer/wine assortment (by Bottles Fine Wine) to cover all bases and tastes.

Appreciation for landing on two fun signature cocktails and for (one of them especially) being SUCH a HIT!

Appreciation for getting it ALL together in time.

Appreciation for all the contributions.

Appreciation for all the help.

Appreciation for all the GIFTS!

Appreciation that people even CAME!  In that weather!!

Appreciation for the appreciation received!!

Appreciation for the feeling of love and connection and FUN that got created that evening.

Having a RAMPAGE OF APPRECIATION (Law of Attraction practice) CEMENTS MEMORIES of any given thing that you might wish to have more deeply etched in your mind.

But it also drums up more GOOD in one’s life.  Period.

Appreciation also puts us in a POWERFUL POSITION.

When we’re in a state of appreciation we are in a place of CHOICE looking at what’s RIGHT with a situation/life, versus feeling like a victim of circumstance.

When we’re focused on appreciation we are simultaneously looking at what’s GOOD about any given thing and therefore CULTIVATING more stuff that FEELS good.

Appreciation is where it’s at.

And the best thing about it is it has MOMENTUM.

It might take a little to kickstart the process, but once things get going…

More and more things will jump to mind that you’re so grateful for WHILE taking you energetically and joyfully higher and higher.

It rocks.

So check it out.

If you’d like for ANYTHING to improve start counting your blessings.

OR drill down on HOW MUCH good surrounded a particular event.

Or the treasure trove that the, “X”, marking the spot actually holds.

And with dwelling on that appreciation you will be easily lifted to a joy filled place (while calling in more of it) for your efforts.
