Hello Dear One!
I’m SO very excited to share news of my recent discovery of an alternative to sugar that is kind of out of this world.
If you’ve tried to substitute for the real deal and came up wanting – this may be for you.
The newest kid on the block of sweeteners is ALLULOSE.
This is a naturally occurring legit SUGAR that’s rarer and only found in jackfruit, figs, raisins, and maple syrup.
It has the same molecular structure as a sugar – but we can’t metabolize it.
Resulting in it passing through our bodies WITHOUT making an IMPACT.
Therefore no calories and no carbohydrates.
Allulose also has some great benefits in addition to simply not being detrimental.
It helps to stabilize blood sugar, and therefore lessens the amount of insulin released when we eat.
And as a result of this it LESSENS THE IMPACT OF CARBS* when we eat allulose along with them.
*this does not do away with the CALORIES that the carbs contain – but lessening the hormonal repercussions is a STILL BIG DEAL.
Additionally allulose (especially when combined with fiber) creates beneficial food for good gut bacteria supporting our microbiome.
Plus it also can help reduce inflammation as well as be healing in regards to fatty liver!
PLUS (and maybe obviously with what was just shared) allulose is NOT rough on the gut!
Many sugar alcohols (especially erythritol) that are in numerous low carb products are TERRIBLE on our bellies.
And if you’ve been looking for a granulated sweetener to cook or bake with you have probably been hard pressed to choose between something that could have a strong/distinct taste that many don’t prefer (stevia) or blowing up the bellies of our loved ones and ourselves.
But NOW…we have ALLULOSE!
Allulose is about 70% as sweet as sugar – so you’ll need to account for that when using it.
IF you wish to get it on Amazon check this offering out.
AND if you’d like to try out a blended version with monkfruit (no carbs, no caloires and great on the belly – though often harder to find and more expensive) and allulose that is the SAME level of sweetness as sugar enabling you to replace it with ease – please check out this version.
Hope that was incredibly useful and exciting!
I can’t wait to do a blind taste test with my family at our next dinner as I always want to make more waistline supportive desserts that people will actually LOVE.
Would adore hearing if you do check it out and what you think if you do!
AND if you’re still wrestling with weight that you’re ready to NOT have on your frame ANYMORE – please check out Fat Burning PRO to make LOSING WEIGHT EASY and GAINING WEIGHT HARD (no joke).
To getting you clearer on how the body works, and how to make it work for you.
